Ahhhhh.... .... Help!!! My skin **?

Iv had good skin all my life and now all of a sudden Iv kind of got acne and it really bothering me.. I dont have a problem attracting guys and Iv got a bf but now this really makes me self consuios.. I have no clue what it's from but how can I get rid of it?? I need help please ;( thanks!!!
