How much mince should I feed a baby magpie who has half feathers and half down and no tail Feathers?

I found him on the road yesterday and he is eating well just curious as to how much he should eat at one feed? Can I add gutload to his mince it's a vitamin and calcium powder that I used to feed to my crickets before feeding them to my lizard. Do magpies have a crop like other birds?
