Both sides of my face are tingling, and I don't know what's wrong? Do you know?

I'm super paranoid. I really hope it's not serious, but both sides of my face are tingling up near my jaw bone. I can close my eyes and taste food, so it's not Bell's Palsy, but I don't know. Help?
