Why is USAJobs such a terrible site? Is it deliberate?

If you are seriously searching a government job, you might be better served going directly to your state and city websites, and using the Career link posted on the each agency's site(s) - it is going to take longer, but the listings are more accurate, fresher and easier to navigate.
