Bruised?hurt?or broken?

i was busy putting my horses bridle on and my hand was at the top of her head and she reared up and my hand got squished between her hand and the pole. i dont know if it broken or bruised or what. it went blue the minuite it happened, and now its been 3 days since it happened and my knuckles are blue and the top of my hand is yellow blue? i dont think i have to go to the doctor but what do i do its very sensitive but i can bend my fingers?what should i do?
