How to accept a forum member who is always being posted as spam?

As the moderator of a group, the messages from one of our members is frequently (but not always), and the answers to his messages, is being highlighted as spam. He's very chatty, and I can get up to ten messages a day from him and his respondents that I then need to approve as moderator. Is there anything he or I can do?
