What can I do to help my family member? Serious answers plz!

My family member we will call here Becky. She has been married about 2 years. She is being mentally and emotionally abused. She left one day just to go to the doctor and her hubby told her not to come back. Her doctor advised her to stay away and she did. It has been about a month now. He has changed the locks on her and is still very mean to her. She is a very naive and forgiving person. I think she is just waiting for him to tell her to come back home. I want to tell her that it's not a good idea to go back to him but I don't want to loose a friend. He hasn't made any effort to get help and I don't think he will. What do I do?
