I dont have any personal exp. w/ eating disorders im also a guy so that makes it a little more difficult however I strength train year round with about 8 months out of the year eating as much as I can, and the other four REALLY watching what I eat and cutting tons of weight so believe me I know about hunger pains the only real advice I have, is to make sure you drink plenty of water ive noticed that aslong as I stay with a water bottle in my hand my hunger pains aren't nearly as bad
