How can I put a song on my iPod without knowing the account pword?

My friend put a song on my old iPod called 'Message From Your Heart (Doritos Mix)' by Kina Grannis on my iPod video some years ago. I got a new iTouch for Christmas this year and wanted to put it on there, but it wasn't available on any digital stores anymore. I can get the file from my old iPod but cannot place it on my new one without knowing the pword. I do NOT want to "jailbreak" my iPod so is there any other way to do this without jailbreaking it?
