I would get yourself an attorney IMMEDIATELY. Give him all papers concerning this situation and contacts names and numbers from Child Services that you have been dealing with (keep copies of everything for yourself though). Anytime there is a warrant out for you, there is a possibility of being picked up. All they have to know is where you are. It does seem wrong that your roommate was given any information. A subpoena is supposed to only be given to the intended party. I would definitely take everything to a good attorney and let him deal with the deadbeat.
