Best drugstore tinted moisterizers, concealers, and eyeliner?

Hi! I like 25Hours (I think by Mabeline?) it stays very well! Best eyeliner HANDS down is the HIP paint pot in black with brush applicator! Works great in the water line and easy to control. It is a little pricey (around $9) but its great! Hope that little bit of info helps :)
