Bros over hoes? Or hoes over bros?

A very close friend started dating my cousin a while back and shes started to ditch me and my friends all the time to see him. I understand they're dating and they want to spend alot of time together but its getting to the point were we've hardly seen each other ans shea cancelling all the time to see him. She doesnt realise that its affecting us. I feel we should say something to her but how without making her feel bad? Help would be great :)
