D=R*T word problem please help!?

Nora drives into the city. Because of construction she averages only 15MPH. On her drive home she averages 35MPH. If the total times is 2 hours, how long did it take her to drive TO the city. It seems like to me we are missing some information to solve this. Thoughts? Thanks
