How to handle emotional conflict with spouse?

Hi all, i and my husband work in different cities and we happen to meet only once or twice a month. My 6 month old daughter is also with me. I have realised that my hubby has started giving more imp to his frnds since we departed. now even if i am with him he does'nt give me tiome. I am hurt and am not talking to him. neither does he speaks with me. it we only talk over phone when needed for some work. please suggest me how to handle the situation.
