I need help with my bridesmaids?

You need to have at least 1 groomsmen and 1 bridesmaid to be witnesses to sign the marriage certificate. Usually the bridesmaid pays for their own dress. But, if you think it would be a problem getting them to do so, you could always offer to pay for it. If you only had 1 bridesmaid, this wouldn't be too much of a financial burden.
