Is this right ICE detainees play Wii video games for detainness court cases or pending deportation orders?

Sounds like club med. I never could understand why criminals are awarded more luxuries than the average citizen. Wish I could have free internet,video games,cable tv,air conditioning and access to a gym. Guess crime does pay.
