Please, I need car help- 99 Dodge Durango?

the po443 can be anything from a loose gas cap to a hose off for the emissions on it, the other code could be a bad tcm unit that controls the transmission circuit and there's nothing you can really do for it ,except take it by any transmission shop and let them test drive it and see if they can diagnose it for you,there's really not much the average person can do for a transmission problem other than having a shop check it and diagnose it for you,good luck.
