What should I do? Is this medical negligence? Or an accident by Faith?

I was 19 wks pregnant and having sharp pains in my abdomen and the pains were coming back to back. I called my doctor and told them what was going on. I went in for a pre-term labor exam which was not conducted when I got there. without any exams the doctor told me i had a bacteria infection and the baby was growing on my bladder and gave me a prescription for the bacteria infection, sent me home and told me to walk and take tylenol. I had my baby the next day at home. What do you all think happen or what should I do. I feel that was medical negligence because i lost my daughter who was fully developed because the doctor didn't do the exam i was called in for.... I need your help, any questions comments and concerns are welcomed. and thanks in advance.
