What should I expect to feel?

I'm going in for a colonoscopy next week, and I don't know what to expect pleasure wise. Should I feel good? Disgusted? Neutral? I was told it would make it easier on me if I were "loose" so I bought a big black . I don't know how I feel about plowing myself like that so I haven't used it yet, but I'm running out of time. Suggestions?
