Why is that Republicans had no problem with having congress interfere with the health care and family issues?

Of Terri Schiavo and her husband in the most intrusive way possible going against the wishes of her husband siding with her parents and various religious groups, and were proved wrong in the autopsy results about her being aware, but have the nerve now to talk of how the government has no place in health care. The republicans and right wing have not been correct about anything concerning health care yet.
